Rangel celebrates the opening of the West Harlem Piers with elected officials and community leaders, including Governor David Paterson, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Assemblyman Herman "Denny" Farrell, Assemblyman Keith Wright, Assemblyman Danny O'Donnell, Community Board 9 Chair Pat Jones, and WEACT Executive Director Peggy M.
